Here’s an abbreviated guide to what you should and shouldn’t eat if you want to lose weight, improve your cholesterol numbers, and generally feel better.

1. Eat protein.
2. Eat good fats.
3. Get your carbs from salads and vegetables.
4. Eat berries.
5. Eat nuts and seeds.
6. NO starches. (potatoes. etc…)
7. NO flour.
8. NO milk.
9. NO sugar.
10. NO grains. (corn, wheat, rice, etc…)
11. NO soy.

Fats to Avoid

1. Canola oil
2. Cotton Seed oil
3. Corn oil
4. Margarine
5. Partially Hydrogenated oil
6. Sunflower oil
7. Soy Bean oil
8. Trans Fat
9. Vegetable oil

Good Fats

1. Animal fat
2. Real butter
3. Coconut oil
4. Dark Roasted Sesame Seed oil
5. High Omega-3 oils
6. Marine oils
7. Olive oil
8. Palm oil
