"The BOARD"

Our most popular program, "The Board" is a high intensity group workout that combines bodyweight exercise, kettlebells, dumbbells,  slam balls and cardio conditioning into a dynamic 20 minute workout. The board workout is the fastest way to burn fat and get in shape fast!

High Performance Strength 101

This coach supervised group training program is for anyone that wants to incorporate weight training but has no previous weight training experience. Our 101 program is designed by our head strength coach and it incorporates traditional bodybuilding style training but with our unique twist.

The workouts change weekly no repeats no boring routines, routine is the enemy of progress. The 101 program always incorporates a cardio finisher.

High Performance Strength 2.0

This coach supervised program is the next level of group strength training for those with previous weight training experience. Our 2.0 program incorporates powerlifting, strongman and bodybuilding modalities into a 
dynamic and challenging workout.  

 

Like High Performance Strength 101, we always incorporate a cardio finisher to our well rounded program.

At the age of 12  I was introduced to weight training by my older cousin at the original "garage gym"  a one car garage at his home.


That introduction grew into a 46 year love affair with all things related to weight training. Forever a student of health and fitness,  I've read/ purchased everything I could get my hands on the subject of strength and building muscle.

I've always been an advocate of trying all the programs and diets on myself first before recommending them to anyone. Personal experience trumps all the reading, studying and fancy certifications. As a coach you have to get your hands dirty and be in the trenches. I always lead from the front and by example. If I didn't do it before or if I'm not able to do it I won't program it.

My style of coaching has developed over 46 years and I've had the honor of training professional, high-school and college athletes from numerous sports disciples. I've worked with special operations personnel from the military and law enforcement designing fitness programs to meet the needs of their job. I've also trained regular Joe's and Jane's with great success.

Now that you've read this come and experience my programming and how it can benefit you regardless of your age or goals. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
